The solution to the second exercise is wrong:  Equation must be expressed in standard form by dividing by x^2, that is solve: y'' - (3/x) y' + (3/x^2) y = 2 x^2 e^x.

You should obtain: u = - x^2 e^x + 2 x e^x - 2 e^x, and v = e^x, so that the general solution is the one by Mathematica.
